do you think I would gain weight if I ate only fruits? (considering it’s loaded with sugars)
I can’t really imagine to gain weight if you only eat fruits. Yea they have sugar too but I always thought it’s good one so I right now would say you wouldn’t gain weight. Fruits are low carb. If you would go after the diet program weight watchers then they count fruits with 0 points so you can eat them the whole day.
If I would decide only to eat fruits I would do it.
I just would give it a try and look if it will work🤗
